Das RSA780 ist das perfekte Ripping-Laufwerk. Es eignet sich sowohl für das CD-Rippen am PC oder Mac als auch als Ripping-Erweiterung für die Musikserver/Streamer von Rose. Das bedämpfte Gehäuse und sein hohes Eigengewicht sorgen dafür, dass es während des Rip-Vorgangs so ruhig wie möglich bleibt, der isolierte USB-Eingang verhindert Einstreuungen, die über die 5V-Leitung eingefangen werden können.
Das Rippen einer CD ist ja eigentlich etwas, was man nur einmal machen muss, weshalb man es so gewissenhaft wie möglich machen sollte, um ein möglichst perfektes Ergebnis zu haben. Um nichts dem Zufall zu überlassen, legt Rose ein besonders hochwertiges USB-Kabel bei.
